YFYBF WIND POWER TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION
The wind power transformer substation is a special transformer equipment used to
boost the voltage generated by wind-driven generating sets to 35KV or 10KV,
and outputs by being connected to the power grid,it is developed by our company
especially designed for wind power station by responding to the market demand of
wind electric power generation,it is a supported product of wind generator system
integrating reliability,safety and serviceability with economical efficiency.
Specification Parameter
1. The inner configurations are of high reliability, economical efficiency, HV side is equipped with load switch and fuse to protect the transformer reliability, and the LV side is equipped with YIFA brand isolating switch and high breaking capacity fuseas well as one substation-used transformer of 2KVA; the main circuit scheme is simpleand economical.
2 HV load switch and HV fuse are set in a full-enclosed transformer oil tank, and making use of transformer oil as an insulating medium, We adopt a full-insulated silicon rubber cable joint for HV outlet end, so that to realize full operating condition, full insulated, full enclosed and free of maintenance, it can be operated in a harsh environment for 20 years atleast.
3.Adopt imported high burning point oil as insulating and cooling medium, it is unnecessary to fiter to change the oil during service life. In addition, we adopt imported beads of high performance as a sealing member, which has the same service life as that of equipment.
4. The outer door of the box adopts a particular labyrinth sealing mode, equipped with a joint strip of high elasticity and long service life. There is dust-proof facilities arranged with ventilation holes, which can protect the wind power transformer substation from blows, rain, or snow effectively. The degree of protection is IP44
