YFGCS Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assembly
YFGCS Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assembly (hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”) was jointly developed by the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric Power in response to requirements from industry authorities, power users, and design institutes. It is designed to meet China’s specific needs, delivers high technical performance, adapts to the evolving power market, and competes with imported products.

1.The main framework is fabricated from 8MF cold-formed steel sections. Both flanges of each section are provided with rows of Ø9.2 mm mounting holes on 20 mm or 100 mm modular pitches, offering maximum flexibility for internal component installation.
2.Two alternative framework configurations are available: a fully bolted knock-down structure and a hybrid structure in which the side frames and cross-members are welded, enabling users to select the most suitable assembly method.
3.All functional compartments are completely segregated. The enclosure is subdivided into the functional-unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, each serving an independent role.
4.Horizontal main busbars are arranged flat at the rear of the cubicle. This configuration maximizes electrodynamic withstand capability and constitutes the fundamental measure for achieving high short-circuit strength in the main circuits.
5.The cable compartment is specifically designed to allow cables to enter or exit easily from either the top or the bottom.
